I do think itโ€™s great you can increase efficiency with AI. I donโ€™t use it much but my work has an internal one and when Iโ€™m double checking numbers or trying to search for articles on our portal to cross reference, AI has helped speed up that process for me. Iโ€™m not clever enough to use AI for more sophisticated uses so I fear Iโ€™ll become a tech dino too early. ๐Ÿ™ˆ

I saw something the other day about how studies are showing (didnโ€™t follow up the research so I donโ€™t know for sure) that students who are using AI to write papers are reducing synapse firing and having slight cognitive decline which doesnโ€™t seem to improve, so not sure if thatโ€™s true or not but if it is it is worrying. So more than ever we need to spend time deep thinking and reading. Iโ€™ve definitely seen my attention span decline in recent years. Iโ€™m all about the sped up audiobook and in the past I could read paperbacks for hours. Even back then, YouTube videos were long and now we all love videos that are under a minute! ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜ฌ I really do not want society to become Idiocracy! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคช At the same time, Iโ€™d love movies to go back to 90 minutes because who has time for 2.5 hour films? ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
