Enjoyed this Emma :-)

Question, when you were in Singapore and now Spain did you/do you feel more British/English than when you are in the UK?

Thanks, Andrew. Good question! I think in Singapore I didn't feel that British or English but in Spain I definitely feel it more given the language barrier. The other funny nuance is that in English I would always say 'I'm British' but in Spanish it's much more common/understood to say 'soy inglesa', ie I'm English so I usually say that, even though I don't really 'feel' so English as British.

You have to rid yourself of control when you’re away (!) and it’s tough to do x

Thanks for the reminder to listen to my gut, Camilla. Too often we give the brain too much credit which to me leads to too much overthinking & possible panic. But when I sit on the beach in Valencia or walk through the park I feel at home in my body, and that should be enough for my brain too!
